Here we go again...

Well it's 2 something in the morning and I'm up with a severe PA. Don't know if it was a bad dream that woke me or what? My heart rate is increased and I also have a headache. Just took a half of my xanax hoping it will help to calm me down. Can't get rid of the "what if's". I would take more, but I had one and a half at around 11:00 pm. So here I am. Maybe it was just an exciting dream (if you know what I mean)? The reason why I say that is because I got up to use the bathroom, went back to bed and I had an achy feeling you know where. Not unusal with arrousal since menopause hit me. Maybe the headache is because my neck and back are out again?? Who knows? Just glad I have some where to vent.

Jamie, my doc doubled my doses of meds. three days ago. The last two days... feeling very tired... Today feeling a bit tired still, but have more motivation to do things. Hoping that this feeling of sleepiness goes away soon!! How are things with you hun??? Hope all is well and I thank you for asking me how I'm feeling
