Hello all, I am new here.
I cut my dosage of Zoloft in half about
two months ago, but didn't see any pounds or inches lost until I began eating sensibly (passing on desserts, candy and junk food), drinking a lot of water, and walking about
a mile each evening.
I've tried going off Zoloft before, but I found I needed it, along with something to control panic attacks like Xanax. So I compromised by telling my doctor to cut my Zoloft prescript
ion to 100mg per day, from 200mg.
