I know how it feels, i won't give you the hang-in-there pep talk. You just have to take a little refuge in the fact that you are not alone, there are many suffering with you. I know how it can wear on you after a while, but you have to keep the faith that you won't always feel this badly. I hope you can find small things that will help you like exercize, breathing, meditation, mindfulness, etc. Think of it as buying time until you get to those better days and good times.
