sound like you are ready to leave the nest! You didn't say how old you were so not sure if this is a possibility, however, I think you may want to work towards that goal.
In the mean time, a talk with you doctor about anger and anxiety will be a great idea.
Coping skills for you to deal with this on a daily basis would be MINDFULLNESS. Wonderful skills here to get through hyped up emotions that come on quick. go to mindfulness.org for a taste of what is out there.
You may also want to look at therapy or an anger support group to share with other people who feel as you do.
