Please help me,
Everyday I wake up feeling horrible. I'm always grouchy, and moody in the morning. Some people say that it's just because I'm not a morning person, but if somebody says something, or does something that pisses me off, I'm in a horrible mood for the rest of the day. I hate feeling like this, and it makes me wanna cry. I have such a hard time keeping the tears in, I hate looking weak, and tears are a sign of weakness for me. School starts in a week, and I don't want to act the same way there, as I do at home-grouchy, and moody- I want to be happy, and cheerful. I also have been lashing out at people, without meaning it. Somebody will say something, and if it pisses me off-even just a little- I lash out at them, and I really really don't want to do that, but it just rolls off my tongue without me actually thinking about what I'm saying.
I hate everything that's happening to me, but I don't know how to stop it.
Please help me!

dear ninjabunny,i failed my last year of school because of depression.people think i'm a happy person but i fake a smile just because i don't want people to talk bad about me more than they do ,so if you wish to talk with someone my number is you cant text me or call me i will always be here when anyone needs me

I removed your phone number hon because anybody in the world could get it.  Put your email addy in your profile, only members can read it.  Then from there you two can email eachother and trade numbers.  It is just not safe to put it on the open forum.  Thanks for understanding.  Hugs...

Well NB,

You are really in the dumps, but you are not the only one to be there. Many people experience this and it does go away with help.

the best thing I can tell you to do is talk to some that you trust, parent, counselor, pastor at church, teacher, family member, doctor would be best.

Be 100% honest about how you feel, so they can help you.

There is a reason that you feel this way and perhaps it's a medical reason. If you're taking an anti-depressant it may need to increased or changed. I agree with BnotAfraid - talk to someone. Take care.

Thanks for the advice, I really appreciate it, but the problem is, I don't have anyone that I can be completely 100% honest with. And I can't go to a doctor because my parent don't like going to doctors.

You have to take care of you NinjaBunny,

You can't use excuses not to get help. Keep trying. It is easier than you think to open up to a therapist. We all go and so should you. It doesn't matter what your parents believe in. You are your own person, start by being proactive and help yourself. We are here for you...

Ok Ninja,

You picked this name for a reason, so start to fight for yourself! Go to the school nurse. Tell her what you have told us. That your parents do not like doctors, but you need help. Be honest 100%

There are other answers. When you are young the world is very Black and White. As you get older you realize that there is a larger gray area in the middle with a lot of other choices if you only look for them.

In the meantime, take some B12 daily and drink cammomile tea when you feel yourself getting upset. These will help a little until you get professional help. DO NOT GIVE UP!
