Some of the leading causes of being constantly tired are: poor diet, dehyrdration, prescript
ion drugs, caffeine, alcohol, stress, lack of essential vitamins and minerals especiallly the B vitamins and magnesium.
If you can afford to see a Nutritionist do so. If not, do your own research on the Internet. Along with taking medication, a proper diet and essential vitamins and minerals are very important. Also, divide your weight in half and that's how many ounces of water you should drink each day. Exercise also helps like walking.
In summary, a healthy diet, essential vitamins and minerals, drinking enough water plus exercise will increase your energy level.
