stacey i know how youfeel and let me tell you you are already stronger than you realise
first accept your aloud to have ups and downs, you dont have to think clear all day everyday in one state of mind.
i have been of meds 2 months and its been hard as hell but today i se more light than yesterday and every day theres a bit more. Im not religious by the way i say that in my own context.
you feel crap beacuse youve had medsin you for a long time and wen they leave u react just as a drug addict we get withdrawals. they go away!! i promise
so you need your meds and you will get them, in the meantime u may feel bad buttt its not going to be forever, your not alone so dont think that i promise
take time for you, make effort to do a few things that make you feel relaxed, forget trying to be happy happy its a long walk so tart at lets relax a bit just a bit not alot
what will help you do that???
me its a bit off jazz music in the bath, i may last ten mins i may last an hour bt those tunes take me away and have some peace.
think what u like and do it, dont think about doing never think just do
when i have to work as i work from home too i say stop hang on dont start thinkong orr im to tied to qwork i need to wash i need to sleep blabla, i say ahhh doit get up stairs go in room do do do and before i know ive made two outfits for my shop and i feel prouder.
again it takes time to build up the positives
i really sugest hypnotherepy hun as u will learn how to go to the filing cabnets in your mind full of negatives and remove them
buy relaxing music, cds help anything you can or write your own
