thats kinda funny! lol.
Display, may I suggest that first thing in the am, you take a note book and pen, write down exactly the words that are going through your head, just keep writing; like a dumping ground.
Then, near the end of the day, go back and "challenge" those words with what actually happened.
Then write your feeling about the comparison.
This helps me tremendously on days like you are having today.
I found out soon, these days become less.
