I took my first venlafaxine (generic effexor) today. Praying that it works again. Been off it for four years and have not known happiness since I was on it.
If you are the praying kind...please pray that this works. Cannot live the hell I have been in anymore
Thanks a whole bunch.
Julie

Julie,
Remember it taks six to eight weeks to reach full potential. I was on effexor for close to 20 years, if not more. I really hope that it works for you...
Take care, one day at a time...
Hugs, Karen

Thank you everybody for your well wishes...they mean so much. Feeling nauseous and sick from first dose...but I remember this transition from last time.
Looking forward to feeling better.
Thank you again
Love,
Julie
