Hi
Sorry to hear you are not doing well. I can see you like doctors as much as I do. I have had a long history of depression. Remember its an illness.
How many medications have you tried?
The modern drugs work for some people... but not usually long term. They pop-out in a year or so and then you are worse off.
Here is what I have found to be true for me...
The older drugs from the 1950's are the best antiidepressants. They do require food restrictions. I can not eat any chesse or soy. Or drink any wine or tap beer. The class of drugs are called MAOI's. Many doctors will not prescribe them. They blame the food restrictions, but it may have something to do with no drug company kick-backs.
Any way, look into Parnate and Nardil. Their is a new MAOI out that is
a patch. Google these, learn more... so you can help yourself.
Botton line is you need to try a MAOI because they work. I felt better on Parnate in 3 days. (I also found out that NO cinnamin while on Parnate.)
Best Wishes, JC
