I think I have heard of TMS, but not a lot. I will look it up.
Learn meditation and learn breathing to help relax you. You could probably learn a lot from the anxiety and panic forum. It is a fantastic forum. You can post on both, but not duplicate ones I guess. Though I don't see that big of a problem. So check it out if you would like, the member over there are wonderful.
I take xanax for anxiety, though I am gradually going off of it. But I have been on it for over 20 years. It really helps a lot for me. Have you ever tried it? Just curious.
You will find in time, that you can choose not to get anxious. When you come to realize that all it is doing is ruining your life. It does interfere with your on going life, and that isn't fair to you. I still have issues with it. Especially when I have to go somewhere. But I try to forget about it until the time comes for me to leave. It does get easier, but it does take some help.
Keep trying. Do you go to any counseling? That helps too. I hope that you feel better soon. One day at a time...
