i have decided i need to get away from this all right now in my life and i booked a trip for myself in august to go to banff canada. im going hiking one of the days im there. im going for 2 weeks just to have time to myself have fun and relax.

if you know the area well or can give me some pointers...this is my first trip alone...thatd be great.
;like how many t shirt/ tank tops should i bring for 2 weeks? how many pairs of socks should i bring?

i hope this makes me feel better afterwards and clears my head so when i come back in sept i have a clearer head and make my next move in my life to better myself.

Make sure you carry some sweatshirts and jeans for cool nights. I imagine maybe you will have a camp fire. Are you going to be camping? Or in a cabin, or with family? It sounds exciting. You are very brave. It is beautiful up there I hear. This gives you something to look forward to. I am not sure about the area, I have never been. I also don't know how much t-shirts or tank tops you will need. Make sure you carry enough. I imagine that there will be somewhere to do laundry, or will you be out in the wilderness? I hope that you have a wonderful time. You have lots of time to plan.

This is fantastic news. I think it will be good for you. Carry a camera for sure...

Not sure how the weather is there but be sure to have fun when you go and enjoy yourself! You deserve it.

the weather is summer there so its hot i just dont know like a guestimate number of t shirt/tank tops i should bring for a almost 2 week trip..what would you recommend?

7 at least, wear each one for two days, but I would take more

HEY KEEPING MOVE FORWARD


at a hotel. im just hiking for oneday. can you help me with how many t shirts /tank top i will need. and how many pair of socks? for almost 2 weeks.

so should 15 t shirts and tank top combined be ok?
and lets say 5 pairs of socks be ok?

Take as many socks if you can, unless you want to do laundry a lot. If you are going to be walking a lot. You did say it was for two weeks, right? I hope you have a wonderful time!!!
