Good Morning,

Enjoyed your smilers Joyce.

Stayed away from work the past few days. Think I was coming down with a virus. No cold though, just fever. head ache and body aches and feeling very weak, then there's my depression.
Visited the doctor on Wednesday. Got an injection on my behind (ouch). He only gave me tablet for pain and fever. Nothing else yet. He took some blood. I will get back that results tomorrow. When he sees the results, then he'll know what else to give me.
Came out to work today. Still feeling weak but hoping the day will go by soon.

Rainy day here today.

Morning everyone,
I had my mammogram yesterday and still a little sore, I'm so small that these things always hurt my collar bone too! sure wish I had a bit bigger b's but at least the small size doesn't make my back pain worse... I wore a big shirt so I could go without the bra for this test, I just hate having to take off the bra as it takes a fair bit of time putting it back on...
Every man (and I mean every man!) out there should have to go thru 2 days of a period pain, at least once in their life just so that they can get a better understanding but, they'd probably cry...

Hope your enjoying your friday Jamie, UA hope you both feel better just drink lots of fluids and have some soup and crackers I always have that when I don't feel well. I just finished eating some strawberries with a glass of water not sure what my plans are for the day Just had a shower too might go for a walk later not sure yet as we have our building mangers having to come fix our doors to the apartment and check our fire alarms even though they were supposed to that 2 days ago and never came the joys of living in apartments Not. This is the reasons why I want to own my house then I don't have to deal with this stupid stuff. Hope everyone enjoys there day or night for me its almost 2pm. Alexis

Good afternoon Everyone,

just woke up at 1pm I forgot to take my meds early this morning so I had to take and go back to sleep. Now I am having my breakfast peaches in the fruit cups there are so good. Hope you are all having a nice afternoon or night. Got go for a shower in a bit. Alexis

hi guys. had the family down today. mum 2 brothers and my sister. it was nice. mum got emotional, as she always does, she is happy that i will be away and experiencing life. i thanked mum and my sister for buying me new clothes for my adventure. it is a week to go today. i will be busy tomorrow. and yes for the whole week. wow, first o/s trip. i will be gone nearly 5 weeks. so i will be missing in actin for a bit. my phone is still playing up, it is very frustrating. sometimes it is ded other times i have a dial tone, a definate loose wire in my cable, i must have stood n it again.

i do not have the money to replace it at the moment. i hope the technician can put a phone jack in the kitchen. i am even happy to pay for it. providing that they can do it, i might have to call someone to do it privately. i hope the technician comes before i go, albeit i am booked in for the 4th of next month. a good 4-5 week wait. my vision out of my good eye is holding, only a few spiders here and there but no too bad. i will call my specialist when i get back as i have not heard from him in a long time.

mentally i am very well. this is good. some wonderful things are happening in my life and i feel rather positive. just need not to stress as it causes the nocturia to act up. my infection is on the improve, this is great news. i have another script to pick up and take, the doc said to take the extra course to knock it on the head. i hope everyone whom is sick gets well. those that are bloe i send many compassionate thoughts to you. sorry for the long post. yake care guys, will see you all soon.
