Morning Everyone!

Joyce, I love the Church Bulletin Bloopers-- they crack me up!

I have counseling this morning then work and then more housework. My daughter gets home tomorrow night from her 13 day mission trip to Mexico. I am trying, and I use this word loosely, to clean her messy room. It's amazing to me how messy it can get!!!!!! :)

I hope everyone has a marvelous Monday with lots of laughter.

woke up at 5 a.m. to try and get a cold load wash laundry done, in Texas to get cold water ya need to wake early for it...and having a low temp day as well...Saturday we had 102 before heat index and it was 90 by 9 a.m. But even though people complain about the heat, I like it...My only factor with it is it does last so long and one of our hotest days will be on labor day in September, Many well wishes to all for a good day and yawn think it's naptime...

I think it is cool when the guests bring a dish to pass. Makes for some nice combinations.

Just checking in, My daughter and grandson are here and the visit has been very nice.. We are going to Wyoming for the fourth I guess to see my youngest daughter and my grand daughter and that has me a bit stressed as I don't leave my house very often at all but I told everyone I would try.

feeling kinda sick when I think about this..

I hope all are well. will check in again when I get a chance.

JB- I'd ask some people to bring a side dish like potato salad and others to bring a yummy dessert- much less work for you.

Wendy- you can do it! Have a wonderful time.

My boys just left for a day of deep sea fishing. I'm having girl day with a close friend. Yay! Ad, my daughter comes back today from a 13 day mission trio to a remote village in Mexico. I can't wait to smell her I mean see her!

Everyone have a terrific Tuesday! I'm planning on it even if I'm up way too early!

Seems like when the bad things are happening to me, they happen all at once. Just trying to recover from the last 2 weeks, now my father is back at the hospital. Luckily I have work to keep me a bit distracted.

Sorry to learn about your Dad's hospitalization, UA.
Would I be out of line if I asked what is his problem? I couldn't find any recent mention.

Joyce, you can feel free to ask me anything. It's no problem at all.

My dad has heart problems... He currently had 6 blockages in different parts of his arteries. He had 9 previously but they did surgery twice and cleared three of the blockages. They're not sure if it was successful though, since he's having problems still and no ease with the pain. We're awaiting on the ministry to approval an Angiogram for him.
His heart is presently 35% functional as it was damaged. He had 7 heart attacks previously.

Thanks for sharing the info about your Dad, UA.

That certainly sounds very serious. I hope he gets approved for the angiogram...and they can find a solution to the blockage. A also hope he's receiving sufficient meds for his pain.

Keep us posted about developments. How old is he? (See, you said I could ask 'anything')

Everyone Else,
Still fighting this Sinus Infection
Went back to the doctor this morning and my ears are bulging. He gave me some samples of a nasal spray and put me on a different antibiotic for 21 days hoping this will kick its butt. I'm to stay INSIDE which is kind of funny because I haven't been outside any length of time for allergens to effect me. I just got home from getting errands done and Im getting in my pjs and going to bed. Tomorrow I'm going to have my own little pity party in my bed for the 4th of July!

Everyone be safe and be careful on the 4th in case I'm MIA!
