I read Been There, Done That? Do This! earlier this year. it is defintiely worth the read. I even wrote a note thanking the author and he wrote me back! very nice guy, and good writer. He has a thing taken from CBT called TEA forms. They are easy to utilize and is a way of getting a grasp on things that are bothering or controlling us in life. I recommend the book! I hope Sally found healing from it as well!
