You sound so stressed with everything right now. A much as you have been there for me so far, I'd like to exchange the same. It's the least I can do.

I didn't know you were at school. When you asked how old you were, I thought between twenties-thirties, now I'm thinking more fifteen-eighteen. You seem totally mature for your age though and so caring.

I just saw on my post. Wow! Sooo mature for your age, that's why you feel so old ;) I'm like that. I sound like an old woman sometimes the way I talk about life and totally the weather. I love talking about the weather.

Yay, full marks for question 1 (: I'm so happy bout it and I couldn't keep the smile off my face! Hahaha. I totally agree with that. All babies do are enjoying life... They are the happiest human in the whole world. Only like little amount of babies go through what they shouldn't have gone through and I pity them so much ):

Anyway, back to question 2... I better work on it now... let's see

Question 2: We could address those needs by being creative and solve problems intelligently. Last but not least have confidence in ourselves. I would explain to them on their needs on the topmost list on Maslow's list of needs and encourage them on their bumpy roads. Tell them to never give up and have to accept on what they're facing. Have self confidence and also not to worry about money problems because the more they worry, the worse it gets. My parents are lack of problem solving and being more creative when there are problems ahead of us. I would try my best on helping them and encourage them that they could do it. I would help them with every might I can and give tips and encourage them in every step.

I hope that I don't screw up this time... yikess... sooooo, how did I do ?? Oh, and have a good rest Carl (:

I'm going into fitness training. Just got to enroll on Thursday and I'm in. It's just at a local college near to me for half a year, well until next April.

A psychologist? Wow. Totally go for it. There are a lot of people who needs a good, caring person like you :)

I will try and pass first time. I am sure I will. The only thing I am nervous about failing at is leading an exercise class. I have social phobia so it's a big task I need to do. I think it will be fun really.

I don't do instagram or have any social network site log ins as I had people I didn't know trying to add me and being weird etc and I had maximum security set on all of mine. By the end of the day I'm just a mum who has depression and just wants to make friends and have a little support. So I'm a little hurt that I am doubted as a person. Call me silly but I dislike being judged or critised, using the words 'crazy stalker'. I know you said you didn't think I would be one but I didn't like the words you used against me. It really did hurt. I have trouble trusting people myself, so I don't give details out and in the same respect wouldn't ask for any but in the same respect in general, giving personal details to strangers isn't good.....so I agree on that note. I'm not having a go or wanting to make a big scene, I just didn't want to see my name coupled up with a bad image :'(

Stay safe chick......the internet is a weird and negative place sometimes, like Carl was pointing across but it's also where I made life long, trusting friends so it's just one of those things you have to trust your instincts on but make sure you stay safe! Now, here's question 3 :

Thanks to all of you guys, now I'm on the state of Esteem. I have to move on, slowly and step by step. Level 3 was really hard but I got through it and I'm sure that I could do the same with level 5. The key on going to level five is think positive, be positive and never give up. Being optimistic is also very important and that's exactly what I'm doing now. Slowly and steadily, I'm sure I'll get there. I think my siblings are already at level five. They are so optimistic and I hope to be just like them one day.

There's the answer for question 3, I hope I don't have any mistakes now (:

How's your day ? I hope it's great because mine is awesome (: I got to be on the front row on dancing in physical education! It's awesome ;) The teacher also said that I would get full marks on my band 3 in PE :D

Thanks Carl, well but it's still wrong somehow.. It sucks for me too since I also consider english as my second most recent language. Although, this is not meant to hurt your feelings, I'm sorry if I did. ):

Hmmm... Orange juice is one of the most common things to cure a drunk person, does it also work for sleepiness ?? But I know for sure that mineral water works since inside mineral water, it contains h2o (: Oxygen in the water helps people to wake up more. My science teacher told me that and she knew it from her lecturer during her times in university.

Have a safe drive!! I think it's better to just take the cab better than taking a risk in life. You can take the car the other day (:
