Two weeks before my woman cycle I go into this deep depression&anxiety with it just like clock work&I can't stand this at all,I find myself in extra worry mode too and I can't keep doing this up&down cycle.Do anybody else have this problem&if so can a change in diet help change this cycle,because Iam going to start eating more healthy any way&soon to detox immune system&start all over.

Cutting back on carbs at that time of the month can help. I went on hormones for that. It helped a lot.

But then they found something on my breast and the doctor took me off of them.

Hi, I was put on prometrium 100mg every day so I would not have cycles.

I used to take it 10 days a month, and then came the period. With ups and downs, so the doctor said to me, no more cycles for you. Cant say if it's better, just started. Good luck!

Also cutting back on your caffine and sugars will help in conjunction with the other suggestions.
