welcome to the forum.
the best advice I can offer you is to deal with the PTSD. This is the key to stabilizing your emotions. Coping skills like, CBT, mindfulness, prayer, painting, meditation, journaling etc... will help keep in you the moment and not feel so disconnected.
Please review our "resources" at the top of the forum. there are some great books referenced for helping with what you are going through.
Also, joining a support group in you area would not be a bad idea. It is hard to get started in one, so give your self 6 weeks to get settled in the group.
