Hello people,
I have the need to talk to someone.I'm trying to control my thoughts,trying to be positive,find positive aspects in every circumstance but i often,at a time,maybe daily, i find myself wanting to change my life,doubting myself,isolating myself and generally feeling lonely,hopeless and helpless.I know that depression needs a lot of time and patience but do we ever become as we were before depression? (not on antidepressants,not on any therapy)
