I wish that I could take less Enlyte but its a gel cap vitamin which means I can't cut it in half, but I am updating my Pdoc and I just got my hormone levels checked to see if these reactions (panic attacks) have anything to do with my cycle. I have been reading about women in perimenopause that have panic attacks because their estrogen/fsh is too high. I slept almost all weekend after they took about 4 tubes of blood. I do feel a little bit better since I stopped the Enlyte. I also read an article about bad reactions to antidepressants and that I should try and heal my body the natural way. Through staying away from caffeine, salt and processed food and just eat natural foods like fruits and vegetables. I however still do take the Ativan three times a day out of fear of another panic attack. This panic attack thing has only been going on for about 3 and a half months now, so hopefully the pdoc or gyn can find out what this antidepressant did to me and I will heal. From what I have been reading, it seems as though I have a pretty long road ahead of me.
Thanks for your support,
Ginny
