Oh God... look Rob, I seriously am not on your side or on Carl's side. This is a misunderstanding for everybody but.. oh man I can't put my feelings to words..
point is nobody is competing with nobody. I was only saying that Smartphones are just better then cellphone (but you gotta understand, I'm a teenage girl here.. I can't really live without a smartphone) but anyway what I said was definitely not intended to hurt your feelings or to cause any conflict. You can teach your daughter however you like but I sure as hell know that this is no competition from the start.
Btw, pls dont leave, tons of people will miss you.

I received an email from Jamie's girlfriend today. She wanted me to pass on a huge "Thank You" to all of you here for sending cards and letters to Jamie. She also wants you to know that Jamie is still in good spirits and can't wait to get out of the hospital. I think he is going stir crazy in there... Just my opinion...

She would also like you all to know that Jamie will be well taken care of when he does get home. And that he misses Buttons very much...

Let's all pray for a speedy recovery for Jamie...

But most of all I hope that you all know how much it means to her and Jamie that you all care...

Rob: I hope to see you back here soon. Please know that we appreciate you. Btw, I work for a cellular phone dealer. I work in the office, not the store but I'm still familiar since I visit the stores often. I understand what you say about buying and expensive phone but then you can't pay everyday bills. I've been around many people like like, including ex co-workers. I don't know why but I think they just chose their wants over their needs. I've got a Blackberry that's missing knobs and the screen is raised from the phone. He's been that way since over a year but he's working so I'll use him until he decides to expire on me.

Thanks Carl. I just came back from school and it's 12:08 in the sunny afternoon now. Super hot.
anyways, my class nailed it perfectly for choral speaking! I was so proud of them all.
I found another online school called brownstone academy. I don't know why but I feel like IVLA is just not for me and advanced academics' too expensive. Brownstone academy is affordable and am able to work at my own pace.
it's kinda sad that I wouldn't be able to continue what you call 'meat' school.. lol.
I was really bad at games since I was little. 1/100% i would get thru plant vs zombies... seriously gets under my skin.

Rob, we're all human beings. We sure would have some conflict here and there but nothing beats helping each other. Take a nice day off and come back.

I think cell phone use (and non use) is kind of a personal thing. I definitely got what both of you were saying. I'm very much a "if you can't pay the bill on time then you don't need it" sort. I don't put things on credit, either. That said, I do like being able to text, entertain my kids, and block certain callers. The smart phone is a great tool than can be used however the user decides.

Michele, I've been doing the same thing. At the beginning of all of this he had so many reasons (all my misdeeds) why this marriage was done. I've carried so much guilt but his reasons always seem vague. Today I was at my old home (I wish I was there so much it's not even funny) to get stuff for the kids. I made him talk to me. Right now, he says that he only married because he thought that was the next step in his life. He wants our friendship back, cause I'm an awesome friend, y'all. :P this has me thinking that I may insist on coming home. I can at least be there while saving for my own place. I can't sleep here and I'm so uncomfortable.

I seem to always have such long posts. I spent today on the phone with Medicaid. They will not cover my knee surgery. They will cover a total knee replacement but I don't want that. Just sick of everything at the moment.

The post I made about Jamie was suppose to be from his gf. I may not have worded it right, but she wanted you all to know how much she appreciates your support. So if you want to say something nice to her, I will pass it on, or maybe she will read it here.

Jamie is out of the hospital. I posted on the thread I started about him. He isn't home though, I think he is staying at a neighbors. So it may still be a little while before he can post.

Rob, please know that comments you've made on my posts have been read and taken into account in a positive light, you were so right about me apologizing, that is something I've thought about all week, and a good thing, as I am building my confidence :) plus your thoughts on support groups influenced me in thinking about that which I needed to change in my life, I thought, how could I change my weekend evenings and one thing which sprung to mind was if I had a support group in the evening to go to.

I decided not to join a support group for personal reasons, but instead seek support, for a thing which I struggle with, which will in turn mean (hopefully) that something that I struggle with, might be under control.

Now that the snow has started to melt here I am abliged to clean up the back yard after the dogs for a few weeks. Yikes. So much easier when it is kept up every couple days.

Mondays are NO FUN at all.

No work today-no jobs were available. I plan to go to the library and work like a little beaver on my studying. Also need to do dishes.

BF made a double batch of this 'paleo' gravy he likes that is three hours of prep and cooking. I did mashed cauliflower and chicken to go along with it. It was a nice dinner, but so late!!

Woke feeling hung-over, and not sure why. It went away after a few minutes. I haven't had a drink since 4 ounces of wine last week. Odd.
