Hi Holly,
I think seeing a therapist will be really helpful. Someone to talk to, bounce things off of. Also, like Kate mentioned walking. There is something about being outside and moving that clears the mind. Maybe it is something different for you, but when you find those few things that help, remember them and then just go do it. It sounds like you are worrying a lot, about your husband, your future, and this is effecting your health. Take one day at a time, think on those things that bring joy. Here is a great verse: “Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.” Philippians 4:6-7 If you would like to speak with a licensed counselor please call 1-800-A-Family. Hugs to you Holly!
