2.30am and happy day!!!

right guys, yes it is the wee hours, yes i can't sleep, and i am feeling happy. i want everyone to do a happy thing today. smile at someone, shake a random persons hand a say g'day with a big smile. play some happy music and play air guitar with ya broom, draw some happy smurfs. play at the park, wear some happy colourful clothes. paint your face, wear a wig. take a selfy of you and your mates. dance on your computer chair with cool tunes coming out of your computer whilst posting on healingwell. play peek a boo with your dog!!! sing loudly in the shower!!! do what i just did. ring someone and leave a happy message.

do happy faces. am i manic you are wondering? not in the least!!!!! adrenalin..........absolutely!!!! put on a comedy movie.......that's good for the endorphins.
