I want to offer cyber HUGS of support, and like others, reassure you. It's going to be okay. You are among friends now. You are not alone. Sometimes it helps to purge your feelings...clean house in the heart and mind, so to speak.
The appointment with the therapist is such a good thing. You've recognized that you need some help to get through this rough patch. That's a very good thing. It will no doubt be helpful to have that source of release. Stress is a killer, if suppressed for too long. Seek the help professionally. Accept the amazing support offered here.
Can you rent a fun movie tonight and pop some corn? The kids would love it, and you could use the brief escape. Laughter is GOOD.
