Hi all. I'm still around. Had the exterminator here the other day. Got the new beds in. Sleeping better. We got 'Bob-o-pedic' beds (Tempurpedic for poor folks, ha ha) and my back feels so much better. My partner still won't sleep over until the exterminator has done all three treatments and we are sure all of the bed bugs are gone. Something bit my foot this morning, not sure what, might have been a mosquito. Without my glasses and still dark in the room, I really don't know what it was. Darn!
I've discarded so much 'stuff'. Going through paperwork, came across old legal papers that brought up some emotional baggage, custody papers in particular. My ex is dead so, why hold on to them? Our son is an adult now. Wrestled with it, decided to throw them out. Hoping the emotions follow!
All of my old Workers Comp papers too! Old pay stubs, etc. Went ahead and felt the sadness over being disabled, threw the papers out, hoping the emotions follow!
In a way, these darn bed bugs may be a good experience. Thorough cleaning seems cathartic! Most of my time though was spent removing my social security number from each and every page! Gonna use the scraps of paper to light the chiminea! Good tinder!
