Cass how are you feeling today?
I struggle with dark thoughts more that I would like to admit.
My first go to is ICE, holding it in my hands until it HURTS ALOT, this brings down my emotions to a manageable level to where I can engage in activities or call a friend and just chat.
Calling someone, is great. You do not have to say what is going on, just chatting about
live and weather will get you out of your head and feeling better most times.
Here are some likes to help I hope you check them out. You are welcome to email me also, but mouse on my member name and profile will come up.

how after the work and learning coping skills life is seen as beautiful. That is not to say it stays that way. We all have to work at it, dark days still come back. I journal, coloring with water colors the bright days so I can read them and know that the darkness will end again.
