I think a lot of young people go through a time of questioning this. The reality is, yes, almost everyone on Earth works for someone - even those self-employed. They're still working for their clients, right?
Your job does not really reflect who you are. You have your own passions and ambitions, a job is just a way to support your lifestyle for the time being. That's all it is, and sometimes you have to put up with people or tasks you don't like. You can always work towards a job that you enjoy more.
Did you get a degree in something you were passionate about, and then that either changed, or you didn't know what to do with it? I went through that myself - I didn't know what to do with my degree, and now I'm trying to figure out a strategy towards an enjoyable job from the ground up.
You may hate working for others, most people don't like their bosses. But you'll never be satisfied, not for long, with not becoming an independent adult. This actually does not mean you have to live away from your family - work on acquiring a job to add to your family's income and resources, take care of them as well as them taking care of you. Find a passion and work on obtaining a job in that, and that will be better than many people ever do.
As for being angry at society, that's another common dilemma, for young people in particular. Is there anything specific you'd like to talk about?
