Mood Stabalizer Necesssity and the Side Effects

HI! I am wondering since I have been back on the Paxil if I may need a mood stabilizer. I feel as though I am never on the same page as far as goals for employment. I don't know what is going on ; but I I feel as though I vaccilate everyday as to whether I will apply for this job or that; and will I be able to even do the job. As soon as I apply it seems like I have walls or insecurity and lack of motivations to follow through with it if I even get hired.

My son recently had Abilify added to his medication regiment and says he feels as though it is helping him more; but has an awful restlessness he can not shake; that even disrupts his sleep.

Any thoughts from those on a mood stabilizer would be of help,

Thanks again Karen. We shall see if that is the problem or just not enough medicine as I am still on such a small dose of 25 mgs. Paxil Increasing soon.
