Thanks, Karen. I agree therapy helps. I pay for medical insurance, but I can't afford the copay to be able to employ one. Cognitive behavioral therapy seemed to have helped me in the past, but that seems so long ago and I have forgotten it by now. I dont know if it is the ADHD, but I have always only been able to live one day at a time never making long term goals. I have forgotten any dreams I may have had and what makes me happy. I will have to figure it out because as I look back, I come to realize I haven't moved forward very much. I need to change. I would like to feel differently one year from now. I want to be happy.
