Hi - not feeling good again

Depression has got me down today. I feel physically weak and just plain tired. I don't want to clean house and I can't stand that it's messy right now (mostly messes from other people that don't clean up after themselves). I need to do laundry but it just feels too hard right now. I'm having thoughts of things we aren't supposed to talk about here but I really feel like I need someone to talk to and nobody is available right now. I don't know what to do.. life feels hard right now.

Hi Crispy,

I am sorry for what you are going through. When I get this way, I choose to sleep. It helps but we don't want to be in bed too much. I too have laundry, at the laundromat. I hate going but always feel better when it is done.

I hope you make it though this day. One day at a time is my motto. It works for me.

Good morning - I'm sorry you are struggling right now. Every once and awhile I remind myself that I'm allowed to have a bad day. You might feel a little better if you just accomplish one of the little tasks on your list.

Oh Trina.. thank you. You guys are all so kind. I'm feeling a bit better now.. I still have a lot of fatigue but I took a walk anyway and I felt better afterward. Not 100% by any means but a little better.

I a glad you are feeling a little better. It is very hard when U feel like that. Maybe with all of us reading posts on this forum, we are sending healing thoughts and energy. Keep doing a little at a time and soon you will be doing more. Cq
