It's so hard to transition from thinking about
someone all the time, to thinking more about
yourself. You get used to putting your attention on them, and living for them.
Take the time to look to your needs, which deserve your attention. And give love to yourself. There's always a lot gong on, and it is ok to let yourself be distracted, and to gently feel other things than just grief and loss. Life is short, when it comes down to it.
