Well the weekend is almost over, been checking the sight on and off. Jaymay, the first 48 to 72 hours are the hardest, kinda like any medical condition you way experience, like surgery, etc. Sounds like your doing pretty good, thow, that s great! Have you had any bad headaches or dizzziness? I know my daughter experienced the vivid dreams, she would be very scared because she dream that people in family or she was close to would die or bad things would happen to them, I know this bothered her alot, she complained about
that for a couple weeks after coming off. I remember some of that when she first started zoloft too.
Allyboo and Mekkie do you think that your cravings are worse since you went off zoloft? I know my daughter really had alot of cravings and always complained she was hungry. If you happen to be experiencing the cravings try the three granny smith apples a day, it helps curve the appeitite. I think her appitite is also curved because of the wellbutrin xl, I just really feel for everyone with this weight thing from zoloft, I keep trying to find information and I'll keep sharing what I find. I'm still waiting for my sister to e-mail the other info too. One thing to remember is that 3 meals is better then skipping because your body will put its self into a starving mode. The weight loss will happen, I believe we have to find the right way to jump start the metabolism again.
Keep moving forward everyone, you have come so far, just think your all zoloft free!! My hope is that one day my daughter can be med free and be happy like others and not feel so overwhelmed by everyday tasks. Your all wonderful, beautiful people with very common goals!!
