Hello again. Since I am new to this site, I was just wondering..... is this just for people who want to get off of Zoloft? Or do any of you have good results to speak of ? Now, I am worried about
my own use of the drug, and I wasn't really before. Just a little down about
the weight gain, but have done alot of research on this drawback to Zoloft, and from what I have read, there just might be help out there. It would probably take a nutritionist to explain it, but it is possible to
hinder the side effect we all seem to dislike - weight gain.
I have been living with panic/depression since 1971, and to finally be able to enoy life at age 55, is almost a miracle. Tried different meds, an assortment of strategies, tapes, books etc., all with no positive results. So, is weight gain really so bad?
I applaud all of you who have had the inner strength to say, "I can do this without Zoloft" ... but, please, if I have joined the wrong site and this is an anti-Zoloft forum, let me know okay? God Bless you all, Chrislane
