Hi all! Like Allybooboo, I'm trying to stay clear of putting anything else weird into my body. Still, I'm tempted by the idea of Relacore. If anyone else tries it and sees results, please let us know! In the meantime, I'm trying a "no white diet" and it seems to be working! The idea is that you can eat all things, but that you try to cut out things that are made with refined flour and sugar (like white pasta, white bread, potatoes, sugar). It's a great diet because it actually forces you to eat healthy food--you're allowed pasta and bread, as long as it's made with real wheat or grains. I've been eating wonderful meals over the past week and I've lost 2 pounds (this was after staying at a 4 or 5 month standstill of just having lost 10 pounds after getting off of zoloft). Before zoloft, my original weight was always between 125 and 130. After zoloft, I quickly gained over 30 pounds. I think that at my most, I weight 163lbs. Now I'm down to about
149-150lbs.
I believe that in order for a diet to work, a person must be able to eat healthy food and not feel starved or craving for things. With this "no white diet", I can eat almost anything. That said, my belly is not shrinking that much and it depresses me
because I'm getting married in a few months and want to look good. As I said before, I was always thin. There will be people at my wedding whom I haven't seen that much and I'm concerned that they will notice the weight gain. So once again, if anyone has any tips for BELLY FAT I am all ears!!!
Thanks and good luck to all!
