Well today b/f and I are going to see my kids for the weekend. It has taken a month to get them to commit to being able to hang out with me as they both have a job and my daughter has a serious b/f now.
So,of course today I am up up up BUT
since my b/f is paying for the gas to go there,and I will have to rely on him for food and entertainment I am going down slowly but surely. He keeps telling me "dont worry about it,I can afford it". But,he just does not get that I have been the won that has supported my family for 18 years,and I have never had someone to support me.
I went to the unemployment office after I got the " we are going to hire within" reply from the last job interview,.and asked the what I am doing wrong, (showing them my job hunt records) and they guy told me that it is most likely nothing I am doing wrong it is because this is a college and blue collar town. So if you are not in college and your resume represents that you should be making more than minimum wage,and you are in the white collar field then it is harder than hell to get a job here. That gave me hope..NOT
I sign back up for unemployement on the 26th,hopefully should not have a problem getting it. But with my luck they will deny it and then what.
Why can't I just focus on the day?????????????? UGH

Shyn,  you are so lucky to have a decent man like that to stand beside you.  It is hard somethings to count your blessings (I know) instead of focusing on the negative. 

I hope that you are able to get unemployment then that will give you alittle leway on the job front........ :-)    Have a wonderful weekend!

I am trying that is for sure.
It was great to hang out with my kids this weekend,also got to hang out with my brother and my best friend.
B/f is now talking about taking the kids to Florida on their spring break.....just thinking about it makes me want to do backflips!!! they would love that so much,and I would love to spend a very cool week with them.

I did have a great time. And seeing that my kids are OK and happy makes me feel alot better. I knew down deep that they were,I guess it is just hard for me to realize that their dad (even though he was not a good husband) is actually being a good dad. I know that it is because of his new wife. She is able to do what I could not and that was teach him how to be a decent person. Yikes that must have been quite a feat!!
So,b/f booked 4 plane tickets last night. My kids are so excited.They have never been to Florida nor have they flown. It was so cool to call and tell them that last night.
I have decided that doubting him as far as "does he really love me" "am I worthy?" ect ect is stupid.
I need to feel secure in something in my life and he is the one to make me feel that way.
I am doing my best to beat this depression,still not sure about the no meds thing,but so far I'm still alive right?
