Hi everyone ,

I like many of you suffer from depression /anxiety it always seems to come on the worse for me on the weekends or towards the end of the week .My problem is going home to spouse that is worse off than me and it never fails she gets nasty at me on the weekends and it can be anything that sets her off .I dont feel I do anything wrong but obviously I do and she will get mad and not speak for a while and of course it isnt helping me any and I get even more depressed .I used to be such a happy person and I would love to feel happy again .?!!I just neede to get it off my chest ,arghhh!!!

Hi ELB,

My sister and her husband have been having a hard time this past year. They were on the verge of divorce. They both had some issues within themselves to work out. They went to a bootcamp in Feb for married couples going through hard times. The Dr that is putting it on was trained under Dr Phil McGraw. My sister says he looks and sounds just like Dr Phil, just a thinner version. They deal with each persons issues in deep detail and then the couple as well. My sister and her husband came out of it different people. They are so happy now and work together as a team. It's awesome! Here is the website. Hi ELB - I wanted to welcome you to Healing Well forum.  It is definitely hard to live in an environment as you have described.  As you have already received some very good suggestions I don't have much to add.  We are here anytime for support, questions, or anything at all.......

Thanks,guys have been doing counselling ,I take wellbutrin ,and as for psych she has been going ,i have not but never ruled it out.
Actually things are pretty good so far this weekend I gave her meds to her early so she is ok ,but if she misses them I am done for it .And as for my depression I know some of what the cause is but am unable to do anything about it so Have to live with it for now!!
silentcry,our marriage is good it just suffers on weekends especially if she sleeps in lol no drugs spells doom
Thanks Elisha for the welcome .I have been reading for a month here and find different threads helpful so for that I am thankful

ELB, I feel for you ,I have been there done that ,all I can say it will get better if you guys are getting help and recognize your problem areas.
