Hi Twiggy, Welcome back. You can try benadryl which you can buy over the counter. It is the active ingredient in Tylenol PM. But talk to your doctor before you add this to be sure it wont interact with anything else you take. It would help you get to sleep though also, you may want to cut your caffeine intake back before early evening, say like to mid morning. There are several studies that show that caffeine effects the nervous system for several hours after ingested. Or try decaf coffee. Meditation works for some people, I like to read before bed sometimes or listen to my ipod with classical music to relax. But then I do take a prescript
ion med for sleep so I don't have many problems anymore. Good luck getting some sleep....
