I just want to let you know that I feel very sadened for the way you all feel.  It takes a very sick mind to even come to this site and post a bunch of lies or what ever you want to call it.  I know what I have experienced and lived with for all these years.  And if you were in my shoes then you would be living in fear just like I have been doing for so long.  I have been afraid of my husband for many years since the first time he laid a hand on me... I feared for my life.  He was filled with threats and actually followed thru with them. 

In any event I do want to thank those of you that did support me for a time.  I really thought that I found my place with Healing Well but apparently not.

yep, i was afraid of that. please beleive me when i tell you that i have rediculous sounding stories that i am still amazed that they were my reality. did i personally say anything to offend you? if so, please tell me what. if not, please keep talking to me.

Hollygo, you said nothing at all to offend me.  It's just that some are acting in disbelief.  I know that what I have experienced and the trauma that I have been thru is real.  Believe me when I say I would not wish this kind of treatment on my worst enemy.

When we are saying that something is not right,it is because we are in fear for you.
I fear for you and your kids,and this is not a "usual" abuse case. I am upset because the hospital did not just call the police right then and there.
I have been thru abuse,I know how to cover for the bruises so he did not get into trouble,but the last few years we were together there was no way i could cover for him because they were watching for signs.
That beating was too severe,he could have killed you.

Rainey..........We are concerned for your safety. From my perspective, I was concerned that mds and hospital had not done what they were supposed to or that your husband was in a position to hender the process.......ie if he was a policeman. My prayer are with you.

Hi rainey, I am sorry that you are in the position that you are in and I am also sorry that you feel that we have negated your posts in anyway.  That was never our intent.  We dont live in your shoes and no matter how many of us may of been battered or beatten  in the past it still doesnt compare to what your going through.  We are not hear to judge and if you took it that way then I am truly sorry.

Of course, our concern is for your safety.  There is nothing we can do to help your situation other then offer advice and suggestions and hope that you take them to heart and at the end of the day are safe.

Hello Rainey,

 

I have just read all of the posts regarding yourself and I am sorry for what you are going through.  I think everyone here is just very concerned for your safety and were worried that the hospital hadn't reported the abuse.

 

As elisha stated, we can only help you by support and advice.  I hope that you will continue to use Healing Well.  I think the members here just have your best interest at heart.
