Why are some days so bad?

Hey-Kelly, Jeannie, Levonne and Meg-

I want to join this club too   I'm usually in the A/P forum, but feel I've added "depression" to my list because of my situation (husband and I are both out of work).

Levonne-I'm an accountant, too, but not a CPA... hopefully things will be looking up for you very soon as tax season approaches! From what I understand, many companies hire now for the season, though it may only be temporary work to carry you through for a while...

Well, I will check back on this forum, too, to see how all of you are doing (don't you wish you had $1 for everytime someone said that "everything happens for a reason" or "when one door closes, another opens" ? )

Meg, you might need to start looking for a job. Do you have any peronality conflict with your boss? They will try to drive you away sometimes. Try not to let what she thinkis define you though.

Levonne, don't you just love the interviewing process? I feel like I'm on the witness stand being interogated sometimes. Good for you for trying!

a.l. I'm guilty of saying that to people.  Sometimes I think if I say it to convince myself that it's true.  Hang in there.

I started a TEMP job today and I am scared out of my mind. My body is not holding up. My neck/shoulders/back are in so much pain. I was so busy. Mentally I'm doing much better but after a long day at work how am I going to pack my house and move and I don't even know where I'm moving to. I do think God is giving me more than I can handle. I don't want to be "me" anymore. I hurt all over and I'm a broken person. I just don't know how people live with chronic pain. My Mom keeps telling me that I need to go on SSI disability. What kind of a life will I have? I will have less pain but no money.  We've also talked about my going to the hospital b/c when I can't see a way out I always think ending it is an option.  Is my life ever going to change?  I can't take this anymore!

Kelly, I'm sorry you are in pain, Temp work is awful isn't it? I am actually looking for a new job (don't tell anyone!!) How is your little doggy?

a.l - it's really nice you've come over here (not that depression is nice) but it's good to have friends who get depression and anxiety.

Levonne, a one hour phone interview!! Yikes, you probably did fine, but do people energize you? Wierd question!!

I hope everyone is doing OK, I'm going to do much better tommorow because it's a weekend. Phew.
