Could it be......?

Yesterday, after supper, had the urge to go out for a walk.  So my boy and I walked for about an hour, in the rain.

Today, I did an exercise tape!  And have begun the long put off task of organizing some unpacked boxes.

Oh,  I hope this lasts!!

I started taking Wellbutrin and find it so much better than most of the SSRI's.  On Celexa, it did ease my anxiety, but I was so "unanxious" that I was wanting to sleep all day, absolutely no energy.  It was very hard on my son.  I feel so guilty about it, but the poor little guy wasn't even getting out to the park on a nice day.

I will be thinking of you; I know how you feel only too well.  And isn't it sad that even though I think my meds are working, I'm worried that I'm being "tricked" and that it's just a temporary respite.  Just have to keep up hope, I guess.
