I really have never done this before so im trying to see how it works.ive been suffering from depression for many years.i had post partium depression.manic depression bi poloar and social anexity. ps i cant spell or type

ive been seeing a shrink for two years been threw all meds.i just finished ect treatmentsi am feeling better.but i wanted to let you know that ive been there and will help in anyway i can.

its a long hard road but every good day makes the next on worth every minute.

Welcome to the board this is a great place and there are alot of caring people on here.
I am glad that you have found the treatment that works for you. And you are right it is a very long road.

i dont think your ever out of the woods with this problem.but the power of positive thinking can help.

Being a person who's been through a lot, in your opinion, does depression ever go away?

Welcome to the forum. Everyone here is so caring and really try to help. I am not sure depression every goest away once it appears but it can get better. I also think that life's circumstances can contribute to depression. Please keep posting. Take care and good night.
