To anyone and all,
Thanks for your suggestions, they will all be considered. Nothing seems the right thing to do anymore.
Also, please to mods and users do not post your letters to one another inside of a topic like this. I don't want to hear your personal rants and raves, I have come here for help, not politics. I don't have anywhere else to go, so please just don't turn me away from this place.
I need help.

sadfacedb, I am very sorry that your thread here was mucked up. I personally promise that you will not be turned away from receiving advice/suggestions on this forum.
There are some hospitals around like what was spoken of in this thread but, they tended to run like they tended to run like they did back in the 1950's era. This really depends on what state you live and what kind of mental health programs that are in place for that state. There are some excellent private mental health care facilities across this country and granted there are many people who have had bad experiances but there are also so many who have been helped by going.
You know you need and that is the first step...weither it is going into a hospital or not...you have a doctor and you do need to discuss with them what is going on. Either see if they will make a referral for you to a psychiatrist who could prescribe medication and suggestion counseling then go from there. Or you doc could suggest that you go for a few days inpatient for a evaluation somewhere. It all begins with your doctor though and you have to take the first step to wanting to get better here. To knowing that you need to get better.
Whatever you do decide to do, we will be here for you. Please keep posting...
