Does anyone take SAM-e? I have been taking it now for 3 weeks started at 400mg
now up to 800mg. I do feel a bit better.

I tried it before. It helps some but I had a much more dramatic and faster improvement with Rhodiola. It took a couple weeks to notice some improvement with SAM-e and I really just felt less depressed so I was no longer miserable. But I didn't really feel good. Rhodiola made me feel good ... actually happy ... and energetic. And by the second day!
I think it's safe to take them together too.

Cool.. it's the first time I heard of Rhodiola. I'm very weary of these herbs that are not mainstreem.
They can cause significant damage. Do you know if it's considered a safe herb?

From everything I've read it's quite safe. I've read a lot of articles online and there's even a book about
it I just atarted reading. Check out the other thread in this forum called "Rhodiola Rosea works!" There is more info including a link to the book. The herb's been used for thousands of years in Asia. It's just new to the western world. But it's catching on quickly here so if you do a Google search for it you should find plenty of info to decide whether you feel safe trying it.
