how can one tell parainoid sciczophonia from depression

can the sypmtoms be similar and if its known a person related has scizco can another develop it later im on effexor 75 mg and paxil 50mg and an antisycotiotic Zyprexa it gets hard to think some days and im always feeling watched.

This going to sound a bit off, but see if you can aqcuire an EMF (electromagnetic field) meter. If you are around a high level of EMF readings, it can cause a being watched feeling, as well as dizziness, fatigue, a spooky feeling, skin rash, and a few other things.

Most Paranormal groups will have an EMF meter and might possibly come out to help. If not, they are about 100 bucks for a basic one at Radio Shack. If neither are an option, look and see if you have wires abundantly around you and see if there are any outside that are on or very near your home. If you can help it on the inside of the house, move some of the wires around to locations with less cords and/or unplug and remove them from the area completely. 

Its just a suggestion, but I think it may be a good one.

Although this is not an up-to-date figure (From around 2002 I believe, so not that far out) the chances of someone developing Schizophrenia is a 1st Cousin already has the disorder is 2%. Im not sure about 2nd cousins but I would expect it to be lower than 2%.
