I agree with my fellow posters but I will tell you that I understand no motivation and getting advice to exercise when you can barely muster up enough energy to take a shower or make your bed. I am certainly not down playing any of the advice on my fellows but sometimes it seems so cliche to say the same thing will help you such as exercise.
I had an accident over 2 months ago that nearly took my life. I have learned more than anything that positive thoughts and making yourself function is extremely difficult but necessary. After you have mastered that burden then everything else kind of falls into place.
I dont exercise but I do wash my car, or crossstich and with fall here I found pumpkins to paint and carve.
It is not easy by any means getting motivated, trust me I know but little things that do motivate me somewhat season be for more things that are not want to do.
It is hard but it starts with the way you feel, positive is better.
