New to the board, but not new to depression

Hi!  I'm new to this board, but I've had recurring depression problems for years.  It had been a while, but it's back!  I'm making an appointment with my doctor tomorrow.  I've had a lot of changes in my life in the last several months and it snuck up on me!!  I'm glad I found this board, and I look forward to meeting wonderful people on here to talk to.

Thank you all for the supportive responses.  I am so glad I decided to join this forum.  I truly feel better knowing that I have you all on here to talk to.  I am waiting for the dr's office to open so I can call and make my appointment.  I'm hoping they can get me in today.
