I was thinking of MAKING my stupid boyfriend do a "date" nite w/ me. -Is it safe to have a glass of wine while on Effexor?
Anyone know from experience?

I honestly don't think anybody is going to want to say anything other than antidepressants and alcohol don't mix Natalia. Alcohol is a depressant, therefore it works against the anti depressant. It is not recommended.
On my bottle, it says that may cause drowsiness or dizziness and alcolhol could intensify this effect.
