Depression and antidepressants

Hi everyone)
I'm new on this forum and I don't know, how to decide one problem...

my psychiatrist prescribed me to take Paroxetine (Paxil) over depression
and my very good friend advised to purchase it on a site which he uses a long ago and very pleased. I never bought medicine on-line, but I trust a friend. Help to settle my fears

Shall I buy medications through this site - www.cheapantidepressantsonline.com? What can you say about it in general? Thanks a lot)

Hi Miami Goa,

And welcome to the Healing Well Depression Forum.

I am leary about buying medications on line. After I saw a news report on how some places make look alike medications and sell them. They could have very little medication in them. Do you know where the meds are coming from?

I haven't had any experience with that so I am not much help, I know.
I guess you should trust your instincts, I would hate to see you get the wrong medication or have it have something bad in it.

Hopefully somebody with more knowledge about it will come along.

Hi MG,
Welcome here!!if you are skeptical about buying it online ,save sometime and further panic by buying from local pharmacy.Thats more trusting and won't give you anxiety if something is wrong with paxil bought online.

Hi there,

My position is slightly different since I live in the UK and we have a National Health Service and I get my meds free anyway but if I had to pay, I would never touch online meds... not with a barge pole. It wouldnt matter who recommended it or how many times they had got good meds. Im really funny about things like that and my personal opinion is not to buy online... especially when the website is called "Cheap Anti-Depressants"

barge pole???? humm I guess we use a 10 foot cattle prod here...lol

if you have any problems affording your meds there are programs that the manufactures have for people

I thought barge poles were used globally? lol 10 foot cattle prod works for me though!
