So I guess I'll keep spamming here :-).

My room-mate left this evening to France, he won't be back for another 10 days. I think I've never spend so much time alone, although I will be back with my brother and parent's in the weekend. I am really curious what is going to happen :-), if the house is still standing in 10 days.

Anyway, I feel great today, I haven't had a big downer since the last time I wrote a little something here. I've just built myself a new computer, for making music (I will spare you the tech-talk, but believe me when I say that now I finally have the processing power to express my ideas smilewinkgrin ).

And tomorrow is my first appointment with the psychologist, I am really looking forward to that meeting, partially because I have no idea what to expect there (I am a big fan of new things).

Ok, that is about all I have to say right now, sorry for wasting your time :-).

You are never wasting our time, get that silly thought out of your head. We, absolutely love positive posts. And yours was really positive. I am so happy for you.

The computer sounds cool. I just went through getting rid of antivirus2009. It was a pain in the you know what. It created havoc on my computer. So if anybody has trouble with it, I can tell you how to get rid of it, I think. Anyway it is gone.

I hope that you continue to have good days. Thanks for letting us know how things are going. Keep up the good work.

Hi Kitt, Karen, en CD!

I wrote something yesterday evening, but I think I forgot to push the submit button :). Anyway, things are going fine here. Let me start with my psych. He is a great guy which I felt comfortable with when I was talking to him. I really want to get the most out of our meetings, so I dived straight in and told what bothers me most. Some things still hurt a lot when I think of them, but I try to see it from the positive side. Now I have a list of things that still aren't fully processed yet, and thus I can pay more attention to that and take the deeper pains away.

And piano lessons are still great, although I didn't had lessons this week due to "vacation" (too bad, not for me). But the whole music is going great, I still have a lot of joy being busy with it.

And thank you all so much for the support, it means a lot to me! If there is ever anything I can do in return, please let me know!

I am going to get some sleep now, tomorrow is another busy day.

So glad to hear from you and to know you are narrowing in on the issues that are still the biggest problems for you.

So you had a day off from your piano lesson...........boys just got to have fun...........oh yeah.

You sound better and that makes me happy so keep on healing slowly but surely.

There is one thing that you can do for us, stay happy. Keep posting too. You are one of the best advice givers and you are always cheerful. You are an asset to the forum.

I guess I do need someone to tell me that I am going in the right direction after all, just to comfort me that I am actually doing ok. Karen, I am glad you are always there to tell me that, since every time I write something down I wonder whether the person in question actually wants to read the advice I am giving.

But as you mentioned Kitt, I do believe I am on a good way towards living life. Inner presence is growing ever stronger, and it gets a lot of easier to switch from bad to a way calmer mood, where colours seem vibrant again.

Ow, and I will try to post more often. I have a lot of things going on in my head right now, a good thing though :). It is about a lot of new projects about music, film, my website, Rwanda, etc. I haven't felt this motivated in a long time, but a downside of this is that I don't hang around HW that often anymore. However, being here is just as important to me as the other projects, so I shall make more time :).

You know it is a sign of healing when you have so much to do and your so excited about it you don't have time to write about feeling depressed.  You are always going to make it through and you are always in our hearts so keep on moving forward and enjoy every minute of your life.

I think it is great that you are going to be posting more. I always love reading your posts. You give out some great advice. I think that at times there might be people that don't want to read our advice, because of being in denial or something. But I think later on they will fall back on it and say, "I see where that person was coming from now". You know what I am saying? Sometimes there are people that don't really want advice, unless it is what they want to hear. So we can't always help everybody. But I am glad that we have the oppertunity to try. I think you know what I mean even if the words aren't coming out right. I guess it has been kind of a long day.

I am glad that you are thinking about your music and Rwanda. That is so cool. I am sure all kinds of things are going through your head right now. You have such a bright future. I am so happy for you.

I guess that I will cut this short. I imagine you wont read it until tomorrow, so I will say that I hope that you have a wonderful day. I just took an apple pie out of the oven that I made from scratch. I am waiting for it to cool off so that I can have a piece of it.
