I too wonder about disability, what do ya'll think??

I too have been wondering if I would qualify for disability. Not only have I been depress which started when I got rectal cancer, sport a colostomy for life. I have had many problems with it doc. doesn't give me much hope with the pains I have had with the colostomy. Two of my best friends died within two months of each other two months ago. I don't have anyone to talk to at work when I need to just vent. My 2 best friends were the ones that we could vent to each other. My job has placed me on program improvement plan.. which I really think they are trying to make me quit my job. Along with being a cancer survivor, I also suffer from thyroid, hypo...and other things posted on the bottom of page ( I hope it's there). I become very forget full, times I don't remember if I did a certain task, I can't handle conflicts anymore. Anyway, with all the pains from my arthritis, osteoporosis, thyroid, cancer survivor with colostomy,second time I get a parastomal hernia and prolapse. If I have surgery I have to change my colostomy to my rgt side with no guarantee that it won't happen again. So I bare my pain and continue to work...So what ya'll think do I stand a chance for disability?

First of all I admire you for getting up in the morning but then going to work in pain all day.  Yes, I agree, file for both federal disability and do you have short term and long term disability?  If you do get your physicians documentation and start using your work disability.
